Hi! I’m Karyn McDermaid-Rolfe, and I have been an avid scrapbooker since 1998 and a Creative Memories advisor since 2001.
Through Creative Memories, I offer sales of the highest quality scrapbooking products on the market. We offer premier albums and tools and some of the freshest and on-trend scrapbook paper and embellishments. I host scrapbooking workshops and weekend retreats in and near Champaign-Urbana in central Illinois. And I also offer virtual crops and classes on my Facebook group, Karyn’s Croppers.
Over the years, I’ve earned numerous sales awards from CM, and I lead a team of other CM advisors located in Illinois, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina and Wisconsin. If you would like to learn more about starting your own Creative Memories business, I would be glad to talk with you and provide coaching!
I was a member of the Creative Memories consultant design team in 2005. And I’ve been a Creative Memories Blog Contributor since 2016. You’ll see some of my layout designs on the CM Blog. I also love sharing layout ideas on my blog, Facebook group, and Pinterest! I’ve also been published in Creative Scrapbooker magazine and Creating Keepsakes magazine.
I’m also a founding member of Creative Life Scrapbooking on Facebook. Through weekly Facebook posts, blog hops, virtual crops, and sketch challenges, we share scrapbooking and paper crafting ideas and inspiration.
For digital scrapbooking and online photo storage, I partner with my friend, Kim Scott. Kim is an Ambassador with Forever – a company that offers online photo storage, scanning and digitizing of photos, slides, video tapes, scrapbooks and more, digital scrapbooking software and artwork, photo editing and managing software, and printing of digital albums, calendars and other projects that you create. Please email me for Kim’s contact information.
In addition to scrapbooking, I enjoy pottery, water color painting, crafts, gardening, hiking, travel and fun with friends and family. I also have a small antique business with my husband, and we enjoy searching for, buying, selling and collecting all sorts of interesting old things.
